User adoption takes the project to the next level, if your project is not adopted by the users in that organization, then your project is failure, thus, you start losing your clients and potential clients.
We are not talking here about if the application or the software is working correctly, Or technically achieved, NO, we are here talking about the usefulness of the software, the reliability, the usability, the convenience use of the software, the pleasurable and the meaningfulness of this software.

 Do not let the user to use frequent workflows and dialogs from the on demand workflows and dialogs menu, use buttons, to make it easier and quicker to access.
Add filterable columns to the views
so instead of letting the users stuck and waste their time on searching of certain records, make it easy and add filterable columns to the views to let them filter the records based on their needs.
Do not let the user see what he/she doesn't want or need to
 Make more than one form for the users and based on their security roles, display to them the proper needed data and information.
Use the quick create forms
 don’t navigate the user to other business entities when associating records to a certain record.

Fill the data in one screen
 there is nothing worse than letting the user search for information among multiple records and entities; fill the form with sub grids, notes, social pane, activities, and quick view forms.
Visualize the process
 Use the business process flow, to visualize the process for the user and make it more convenient and clear.
Decrease the load on the system
 if there are too many processes on an entity and it takes time to load records, try to re check the processes on this entity, and reset the processes, by determining which process doesn’t needed on real time to re implement it as asynchronous process.
Aware the Consultants and the Developers in your company
 Give time for your employees to educate and aware them to work as one team to give the best output they can give, and do not fall in the trap which make the individuals work to finish their tasks and each one rely on the other.
Train your employees
 Invest in your employees; send them for training, whether in technical or business wise courses.
Keep your company up to date with the technologies
 losing the base with the new technologies and enhancements may cause a bad situation for your company’s business, and your output may look as a legacy obsolete output.
Involve the User from the start
 keep your clients up and following with your work process, make sure to reach their needs, launch a weekly meeting, work onsite to ensure delivering the right thing in the right time.
