Who Am I
I'm a Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Consultant
with an interest in building the most effective and user adopted solutions for
companies, since the beginning of my career, I started off as a Microsoft
Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, worked and learned with experienced and
certified consultants, best practice is my only approach of creating a solution
and user experience is my number one concern.
I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to
connect with other CRMs. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my
favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader
to understand his/her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative
process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part!.
When I deliver a solution, I always see the solution from
the perspective of the client, in order to get the best out of the application;
your satisfaction is my concern.
I need you to be involved in the work process, so that
nothing goes wrong, and together we will build the desired solution.
User adoption and User experience is what I always seek to
deliver.
While I’m not working, I usually do sports, spend time with friends
and family, volunteer and support human and woman rights.
I Like to travel, experience new cultures, meet new people
and learn new things.
