Dynamics 365 - Actions - Empty Output parameters solved

Using actions in the Dynamics 365 gives you the capabilities to go further with your business automation, and it serves well in the xRM solutions.

When you create an action, it appears also as a message (in the Plugin Registration Tool for example), and there is input and output parameters you need to set or to get when an action is invoked.

So if you want to do some functionality when the action is invoked or you want to set output parameters you need to create a plugin and store it to be invoked when this action is executed.

I did all that, but still getting the output parameter as null !!

Okay, In order to be able to set the output parameters to use later when the action is called, whether from a plugin, a service or from a script, you have to set a step for the action plugin, and this step must be Post Operation (Sync).
